Lead AI Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead AI Developer to design and build next-generation AI-powered applications and agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with hands-on engineering and leadership. You’ll play a key role in shaping how LLMs and intelligent agents are integrated into real-world enterprise workflows—driving automation, decision-making, and innovation at scale.

What You’ll Do

AI & Agentic Systems

• Design and develop agent-based AI systems using frameworks such as Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI APIs, or similar
• Build multi-step reasoning workflows, planning systems, and tool orchestration
• Develop autonomous/semi-autonomous AI agents that interact with APIs, data sources, and business processes
• Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into scalable enterprise applications

Application Development

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using modern tech stacks (Python, Node.js, or .NET)
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions

Cloud & Data Engineering

• Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
• Work with data pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings
• Optimize models and workflows for cost, latency, and performance

Innovation & Experimentation

• Prototype and test new AI capabilities and use cases
• Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and models
• Drive adoption of AI best practices and reusable frameworks

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams
• Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and roadmaps

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows or automation systems
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or .NET
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
