Expert Systèmes & Réseaux – Environnement Industriel (H/F)

About

Integrated into a human-sized team of about twenty consultants, you will work for one of our Bordeaux clients as a Systems & Networks Expert in an industrial environment. You will work on complex technical environments, with a key role in the operation, optimization, and security of IT/OT infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Management of complex incidents with in-depth analysis (network, systems, application)
• Management of escalations and technical coordination
• Writing procedures and remediation plans
• Advanced use of monitoring and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Redmine, etc.)
• Mastery of scripting (PowerShell, Batch) to automate recurring tasks
• Writing technical documentation, operating standards, and procedures (installation, operational maintenance)

Technical Skills Required

• Hardware and peripherals: PCs, tablets, smartphones
• Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Associated Microsoft environments: Active Directory, DFS, printing, etc.
• Network technologies related to the workstation: DNS, DHCP, Proxy
• Advanced administration of TCP/IP networks: segmentation (VLAN), routing, IP addressing
• Configuration and diagnostics of active equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), industrial and standard (Cisco, etc.)
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and standards: OPC, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP
• Understanding of industrial architectures: SCADA / MES and associated data flows
• Industrial cybersecurity: best practices and specific challenges
• Backup tools: Acronis
• Proven experience in an industrial environment (IT/OT)
