The Role
We are seeking a top-tier engineer who embodies both technical prowess and exceptional communication skills. In this role, you will go beyond building models in a notebook; you will be on the front lines, architecting and delivering end-to-end Agentic AI products for our most strategic clients.
This is a high-stakes position where you will address challenging customer needs, translating ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions. You will write production-grade code and deploy autonomous agents that effectively tackle real business problems.
What You Will Do
- Build & Deploy (60%):
- Design and ship full-stack AI applications, managing the entire pipeline from data ingestion to the LLM inference layer and frontend interface.
- Architect autonomous agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or customized implementations, ensuring they can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks.
- Write clean, robust, and highly testable code (Python/Typescript) that performs seamlessly in restricted customer cloud environments.
- Tackle DevOps and MLOps challenges, including Dockerizing agents, managing Kubernetes clusters, and optimizing inference latency.
- Customer Engineering (40%):
- Act as the technical representative for our most demanding accounts.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments by clarifying ambiguous requirements and guiding customers toward feasible solutions while maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate technical constraints in ways that highlight business value for non-technical executives.
- Ensure the generation of high-quality data and review the output produced by other experts, a critical aspect of this role.
