About the Role

A leading tech intelligence firm in Toronto is looking for a Senior AI / Agent Engineer to lead a cross-functional team in developing AI-powered memory and proactive intelligence systems. As the initial hire, you will set the technical direction and actively contribute to coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team in developing AI-powered memory and proactive intelligence systems.

• Actively contribute to coding and development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Python.
• Experience with LLM systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Total annual compensation between CAD 170,000 and CAD 255,000.
