Responsibilities: Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Develop and implement novel AI algorithms and models to solve complex real-world problems. Design and execute research experiments, analyze results, and draw meaningful conclusions. Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready AI solutions. Mentor and guide junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the AI research team. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Propose and champion new research directions and projects. Present research findings and technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patents and other innovations. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on research and development. A significant publication record in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL) and journals. Deep theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI research, such as Python, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex research concepts clearly. Proven ability to lead research projects and mentor team members. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
