Lead AI Research Scientist (Remote)

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on research and development. A significant publication record in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL) and journals. Deep theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI research, such as Python, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex research concepts clearly. Proven ability to lead research projects and mentor team members.
