About the Role

The Lead Anaplan Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in helping user groups overcome business challenges through innovative technology solutions. This position is pivotal in offering strategic guidance and expertise to functional teams while leveraging advanced technical skills.

As a Lead Anaplan Solutions Architect, you will partner with Finance and HR to maximize the use of Anaplan in line with enterprise architecture, data governance, and strategic planning objectives. You'll translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across hardware, software, and network interfaces. Your independent judgment will be vital in addressing complex issues with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture for Workforce Planning and Workforce Management.
  • Lead the strategic vision and standards for Anaplan architecture across the organization.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations.
  • Mentor and support team members in modeling frameworks, governance, and best practices.
  • Engage in strategic planning, optimizing the Anaplan platform in line with broader enterprise initiatives.
  • Oversee design and implementation of Anaplan modules for Finance and HR.
  • Maintain integration strategies with enterprise systems ensuring data flows smoothly.
  • Specialize in Anaplan security models, user roles, and access controls.
  • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams in model development and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions using Anaplan and complementary tools.

Strategic & Technical Leadership

  • Serve as a bridge between IT, Finance, and HR for planning tool alignment with business strategy.
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap by assessing trends in workforce planning and analytics.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and driving innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
  • Support the adoption of new planning capabilities and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Anaplan experience, including model building and architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Finance and HR planning analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and workforce management.
  • Experience with enterprise systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake.
  • Hands-on expertise with integration tools and APIs.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.
  • Familiarity with other EPM platforms.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture or data strategy.
  • Proven ability to work in agile delivery environments.

Work-At-Home Requirements

  • Must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem for home office use.
  • Minimum standard speed for optimal performance: 25x10 (25mbps download, 10mbps upload).
  • A dedicated workspace to protect member information.

Travel may be required for training or meetings. The position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.

Compensation Range

$172,200 - $236,900 per year, based on skills and experience.
