Architecture Lead Cresta

Looking for a experienced Lead Architect with expertise on Cresta with the below skills -

Key skills:

• Assess current architecture and potential blockers to enabling the full Cresta capabilities
• Understanding of Cresta capabilities required to meet Comcast’s program goals and timelines
• Understanding of key systems / processes in telecom and chat, data platforms (for real time context and reporting / analytics), AI decisioning, cross platform integrations, etc.
• Support end to end architecture: strategy, documentation and gap analysis
• Leverage industry best practices and future state business architecture to facilitate shared end-state technical architecture
• Document data and system integration plan with blockers and possible solutions
• Document ”end state” architecture across enterprise AI platforms, agent tools, voice/chat platforms and data platforms enabling the full set of Cresta capabilities
• Platform business requirements to address identified gaps
