Your Future Team

You will evolve daily within a collective of architects, composed of diverse talents and experts in all technological fields impacted by the transformation of information systems. You will be involved in strategic and technological governance missions with the CxO teams (CTO, CDO, Architecture, Ops) of the IT department. Within the collective, you will participate in various community projects: technological watch, feedback, working groups on various topics and offers, participation in community life events.

Your New Challenges

To support our growth within the Architecture expertise collective, we are recruiting a Lead Architect.

You will be involved in missions such as:

• Ensure project governance as Design Authority, setting a clear vision on technical subjects and defining the technical strategy to adopt;
• Operationally manage teams, ensuring the implementation of appropriate measures to guarantee project efficiency and coherence;
• Be a key contact for CTOs and business management to facilitate informed decision-making through a pragmatic and innovative architectural vision adapted to the sector context;
• Support team management by fostering collaboration and innovation, while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices;
• Frame AI solutions aligned with our clients' business challenges (agents, machine learning, LLM, RAG, etc.).

Your Profile

• Autonomous in missions, you can synthesize and challenge needs with both IT and business teams, while adopting a consulting, listening, and simplification approach to guide strategic decisions;
• Based on these needs, you can conduct an architectural study by proposing adapted and innovative scenarios;
• You have already managed strategic architectural missions in close collaboration with CTOs, providing expertise and advice on Target Operating Model (TOM), IT master plans, and technology roadmaps;
• You have good knowledge of both Legacy and modern architectures, as well as a strong general IT culture on API and Event exchange systems, cloud, data, security layers, application development, and DevOps;
• You can intervene at different organizational levels to build the architectures of tomorrow, mobilizing the necessary experts based on the topics;
• You excel in business development and client relationship development, establishing lasting partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

• Second contact with a technical expert: Assessment of your technical skills, discussion about our projects, missions, and expertise (duration: 1 hour, on Teams or in person)
• Third contact with a partner from the architecture community: Synthesis of the first two contacts, projection within the collective, and discussion about your role within Onepoint (duration: 1 hour, on Teams or in person)
