About the role
As the Lead Architect Network & Data Infrastructure, your primary responsibility is to own the end-to-end architecture, governance, and evolution of enterprise network platforms. You will define scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures across LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and wireless domains while ensuring alignment with business objectives, security standards, and operational excellence. Your deep expertise and strong architectural judgment will make you the design authority and senior escalation point for complex network and security challenges, playing a critical role in driving modernization, performance optimization, and proactive vulnerability management across the enterprise. • *Role Overview:** You will be responsible for: - Defining and owning enterprise network architecture standards, reference designs, and technology roadmaps across LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and wireless platforms - Leading architecture design reviews and providing technical direction for Cisco and Aruba based solutions - Translating business, application, and security requirements into scalable and resilient network designs • *Key Responsibilities:** - Designing, deploying, and optimizing high availability network solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies - Architecting and governing dynamic routing strategies (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) to ensure performance, resiliency, and scalability - Leading root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and driving corrective and preventive actions - Overseeing vulnerability identification, remediation strategy, and lifecycle management using tools such as Rapid7, Nessus, or Qualys • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (relevant certifications may substitute) - 12+ years of progressive experience managing and architecting enterprise-scale network environments - Demonstrated experience operating at the architect or senior design authority level • *Additional Details:** The company emphasizes proactive risk, performance, and vulnerability management, incident leadership, and decision-making under pressure, as well as continuous learning and adoption of emerging network technologies. As a preferred candidate, you should hold certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA), Aruba Certified SD-WAN Deployment Professional (ACSDP), with a CCIE certification being a plus.
