About the role
Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Assistant Program Manager to support scaling global Analytics & AI delivery capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of workforce planning, talent strategy, and analytics delivery, ensuring the right talent is deployed at the right time across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce & Capacity Planning
- Translate client demand into global analytics staffing plans
- Align capability needs (GenAI, Data Science, BI, ML) with hiring strategy
- Maintain visibility into active teams, pipeline, and bench strength
- Talent Enablement & Development
- Drive structured onboarding programs for analytics talent
- Build learning pathways & upskilling frameworks
- Partner with SMEs to define technical competency standards
- Staffing & Deployment
- Coordinate with stakeholders to capture staffing needs
- Lead deployment of analytics professionals across global programs
- Ensure fast turnaround on client requirements
- Bench Management
- Develop and manage a strategic bench model
- Optimize utilization through internal projects & pilots
- Align bench talent with upcoming opportunities
- Revenue & Pre‑Sales Support
- Enable revenue growth through talent readiness
- Support proposal and pre‑sales activities
- Provide insights into capacity for new deals
- Global Collaboration
- Work with cross‑functional teams across regions
- Build scalable processes for global talent operations
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, data, consulting, or technology delivery environments
- Proven experience managing global teams or distributed delivery models
- Strong understanding of analytics and data domain including AI, Data Science, BI, and ML
- Experience working in managed services or consulting delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to align workforce strategy with client delivery and revenue objectives
- Strong stakeholder management across delivery leadership, clients, and internal capability teams
