Lead Azure .NET Architect

What you will do

• Design and deliver a cloud-native integration platform for message and file processing
• Architect event-driven systems using Azure messaging services (Service Bus, Event Hubs)
• Build high-performance .NET services (C#, .NET 7/8, REST/gRPC)
• Define and implement resilience patterns (retry, circuit breaker, DLQ, saga, idempotency)
• Lead containerized deployments on Kubernetes (AKS/OpenShift) with Helm
• Establish observability standards (logging, tracing, metrics, SLOs)
• Drive CI/CD and engineering best practices (TDD, automation, DevOps pipelines)

What you bring

• Strong experience in .NET architecture and development (C#)
• Proven track record with Azure (AKS, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps)
• Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of resilience and scalability patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, TDD, and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to lead technically and mentor teams
