Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, offer hands‑on mentorship
- Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards and compliance requirements

Required Experience
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Java development in SpringBoot or Quarkus
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in leading a small team
- Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
- Experience working in or with clients in the igaming or fintech is a plus
Salary / Remuneration
Up to €90.000 DOE + Benefits
Salary: EUR 90 000 – 90 000 per year
