Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, offer hands-on mentorship
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards and compliance requirements
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development in SpringBoot or Quarkus
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in a leading a small team
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
  • Experience working in or with clients in the igaming or fintech is a plus

Salary / Remuneration

Up to €90.000 DOE + Benefits
