Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, offer hands-on mentorship
- Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards and compliance requirements
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
Required Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development in SpringBoot or Quarkus
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a leading a small team
- Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
- Experience working in or with clients in the igaming or fintech is a plus
Salary / Remuneration
Up to €90.000 DOE + Benefits
