About
The Hullabaloo is seeking a full-time Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario) to engage with children with autism and other developmental challenges. You will guide the overall implementation of behaviour strategies while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere that prioritizes client success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments to identify client needs
- Develop tailored behaviour plans with family input
- Supervise the work of Supervised-Instructor Therapists
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention when necessary
- Regularly evaluate client outcomes and strategies
Requirements
- Required registration with CPBAO
- 2 years of experience in ABA with children
- Strong mentoring and collaborative skills
- Training S-ITs experience is beneficial
- Valid vulnerable sector check needed
