Our client, a pioneering firm in the Crypto & Blockchain space, is looking for a talented Lead Blockchain Developer & Architect to join their innovative, fully remote team. Key responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain architectures. Developing smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchain platforms. Leading a team of blockchain developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Researching and evaluating new blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools. Ensuring the security and integrity of blockchain networks and associated data. Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshooting and debugging complex blockchain systems. Contributing to the open-source community and staying current with industry trends. Overseeing the integration of blockchain solutions with existing systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in blockchain development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Proficiency in smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) and a deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana) are mandatory. Experience with distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills are required for this Lead role. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in the blockchain space are highly valued. This fully remote position allows you to contribute from anywhere. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively and collaborate seamlessly with a distributed team. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. This role is based in **Zaria, Kaduna, NG**, but operates as a remote-first position.
