Our client is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Lead Blockchain Solutions Architect to spearhead our decentralized technology initiatives. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge blockchain solutions that will revolutionize our industry. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure blockchain architectures. This includes selecting the appropriate blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana), defining consensus mechanisms, designing smart contracts, and developing robust API integrations. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cryptographic principles, distributed ledger technology, and various blockchain protocols. You will lead a team of blockchain developers and engineers, providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring. Strong experience in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.) and a proven track record of successfully delivering blockchain projects are essential. You will also play a key role in evaluating new blockchain technologies, identifying potential use cases, and contributing to our overall technology strategy. Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, engineering, and legal teams, will be crucial to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and decentralized blockchain solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and consensus mechanisms.
• Lead the development and deployment of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in software development, with a significant focus (4+ years) on blockchain technology.
• Proven experience designing and architecting complex blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana, Corda).
• Proficiency in smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper, Rust).
• Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, MetaMask).
