We’re looking for a Lead Builder who doesn’t wait for permission, doesn’t hide behind process, and isn’t afraid to challenge "how things have always been done".

What You'll Do

• Own the technical direction of client projects and turn messy business problems into clean, scalable data and AI solutions.
• Challenge weak ideas, overengineered architectures, and buzzword-driven tech decisions before they become expensive mistakes.
• Lead developers and data engineers with high standards, clear decisions, and zero tolerance for sloppy delivery.
• Work directly with clients and internal teams to build solutions that actually work. Not slideware, not theatre, not innovation cosplay.
• Help shape Datenkraftwerk’s engineering culture: pragmatic, sharp, fast, opinionated, and unafraid to do things differently.
