Lead Business Analyst - French speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping across key commerce functions including catalogue, cart, checkout, order management, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Define and maintain cross-layer requirements traceability across commerce platforms, APIs, backend services, and frontend applications.
• Facilitate sign-off on functional requirements and manage scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams on backlog refinement, story creation, and sprint planning.
• Lead UAT planning, coordinate business testing activities, and manage sign-off processes.
• Define API and data payload requirements for integration and backend teams.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

Required Experience

• 9+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting eCommerce or digital commerce programmes.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, functional documentation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Fluent French and English language skills.
