Your Role

At the heart of the businesses and tribes, you play a decisive role in making the Information System a major lever for transformation for MAIF VIE.

As a Lead Business Analyst, you:

• Anticipate and carry the functional vision of the IS trajectory
• Guarantee the functional consistency of the solutions built
• Advise, federate and support business units in the functional translation of their needs, particularly on:
  • Customer relations (tracking, monitoring, piloting, orchestrating the relationship)
  • Transformation of activity management in support of operational practice transformation
• Contribute actively to the construction of an organized, structured, readable IS aligned with MAIF VIE's ambitions.

Your role is transversal, strategic, and structuring: you bridge the gap between business units, agile teams, and architects to design a high-performing, coherent, and sustainable IS.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

• Mastery of functional architecture and IS urbanization
• Excellent modeling skills (processes, data, business objects)
• Transversal leadership, ability to federate and influence
• Strategic vision, ability to challenge and simplify
• Interpersonal skills and close proximity with business units

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in urbanization, functional architecture, transversal functional studies, or senior BA roles.
• Knowledge of agile and multi-squad environments
• Experience in customer relations, activity management, personal insurance, or CRM is a plus.
