A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - HRIS (SuccessFactors).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and documentation of business process flows for onboarding and recruiting
Partner with P&C business functions to formalize requirements and influence stakeholders on best practices
Act as the primary liaison for delivery teams, managing work in an Agile Scrum process
Required Qualifications
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Boomi or other iPaaS
Extensive background in documenting processes and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with JIRA for user story writing
Ability to navigate conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders
