Lead Business Analyst - HRIS (SuccessFactors)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and documentation of business process flows for onboarding and recruiting
• Partner with P&C business functions to formalize requirements and influence stakeholders on best practices
• Act as the primary liaison for delivery teams, managing work in an Agile Scrum process

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Boomi or other iPaaS
• Extensive background in documenting processes and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with JIRA for user story writing
• Ability to navigate conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders
