Responsibilities

BA Leadership & Standards

• Lead and mentor BA team (8–10 members)
• Define and enforce BA standards, templates, and best practices
• Ensure high-quality requirements (BRD, RTM, user stories, process flows)

Requirements & Delivery

• Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Support testing (functional, non-functional, data validation)

Stakeholder & Project Support

• Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors
• Communicate insights to leadership and drive decision-making
• Manage risks, timelines, and alignment across teams

Skills Required

Technical / Functional Skills

• Business Analysis (requirements, process modeling, documentation)
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps
• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Testing: UAT, functional & data validation

Other Skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Facilitation and problem-solving skills

Experience Required

• 7+ years Business Analysis
• 3+ years team leadership / mentoring
• Experience with enterprise-level projects
• Strong stakeholder and Agile experience
