Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide BI projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
• Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
