For our client in Bern, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Senior Pega Lead Business & System Architect.

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Lead Business & System Architect who will play a central role in designing modern business applications and digital transformation projects. In this demanding position, you will be responsible for the conception, consulting, and implementation of innovative Pega-based solutions, acting as the interface between business requirements and technical solution architectures.

Your Tasks

• Application of Pega Blueprint for structured recording and translation of business requirements into scalable architecture and implementation concepts
• Independent end-to-end implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) including solution design, validation, and presentation to the client
• Technical leadership and management of interdisciplinary project teams for the successful implementation of high-quality Pega solutions
• Consulting clients on Pega functionalities, architecture principles, best practices, and transformation and optimization approaches
• Conducting and moderating workshops such as Blueprint Sessions, Journey Mapping, DCO Workshops, and Solution Design Workshops
• Conception and design of robust IT solutions and business processes using BPMN modeling, process design, and technical solution architecture
• Using Pega App Studio to live demonstrate workflows, standard functionalities, and target architectures
• Driving workflow transformation through the strategic use of pre-configured Pega components
• Ensuring professional stakeholder management and active exchange with business and IT stakeholders
• Application of agile methods such as Scrum for iterative project implementation and structured management of project progress
• Translating complex business requirements into sustainable and scalable solution architectures

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Pega Business Architect, System Architect, Solution Architect, or in a comparable role
• In-depth experience with Pega or comparable low-code, BPM, or CRM platforms such as Appian or Camunda
• Very good knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and BPMN modeling
• Experience in IT solution design, particularly in Case Lifecycle Design, Data Modeling, Integration Design, and UI Concepts
• Practical experience with agile methods, especially Scrum
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and requirements management
• Experience in conducting and moderating workshops and in stakeholder management
• Strong consulting background with proven success in CRM or BPM transformation projects
• High customer orientation and convincing communication and consulting skills
• Ideally relevant Pega certifications such as LBA, BA, SSA, or LSA
• Strong interest and high motivation to deeply engage with Pega and continuously develop professionally
