Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will take charge of the design, implementation, and management of high-quality cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in cloud architecture, automation, and container orchestration, with a strong emphasis on experience with RedHat OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure in Azure and GCP.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture and security.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Deployment Manager.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads with RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Work collaboratively with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift and container orchestration.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, RedHat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
