Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and design.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
