Our client, a reputable construction firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee significant projects in George. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring strong leadership and extensive experience in managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. You will manage project teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintain high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, creating and managing project budgets, procuring necessary resources, and mitigating project risks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. A deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management software is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this demanding role.
