Job Description
We are hiring a proven contingency recruiter who can hit the ground running and start asap.
We want a seasoned recruiter with a real track record of placing candidates under a contingency model, ideally in Canada. We will also consider strong recruiters with expertise in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Western European markets.
You will source passive Canadian candidates, run outreach, qualify talent, conduct structured Zoom assessments, and help drive hires. This is also a leadership role. You will review recruiter work, provide coaching and feedback, uncover bottlenecks, run or join Zoom sessions, demonstrate tactics, and help improve execution across the team.
We have a structured, objective process. We need someone strong enough to perform inside it, and help raise the standard for others.
What Matters Most
- Strong contingency recruiting track record
- 5+ years outbound sourcing and headhunting OR 50+ placements
- Comfortable with recorded Zoom sessions
- Professional remote setup

- Evenings, weekends, or normal business hours all work
- Short term, long term, or alongside your current role can all be considered.
Compensation
Above market for the right person.
Pay
$35.00-$75.00 per hour
