Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all cybersecurity, compliance, and information assurance activities.
• Manage RMF packages, develop and maintain security documentation (SSP, RAR, POA&M).
• Oversee vulnerability scanning, STIG compliance, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms and support incident response.
• Ensure hardware, software, and system compliance with applicable security policies.
• Provide cybersecurity expertise to configuration management and project teams.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF), vulnerability management, and cybersecurity operations in classified environments.
• CISSP or CASP+ (strongly preferred)
• CompTIA Security+ CE (minimum)
• Hands-on experience with ACAS/Tenable, eMASS, STIGs, and continuous monitoring tools.
