Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and test secure software solutions for embedded systems, autonomous platforms, and AI‑driven technologies.
- Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and DoD customers to address complex technical challenges.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of software security principles to create secure software that mitigates vulnerabilities in practical applications.
- Participate in the growth and evolution of our technology and company, with opportunities for advancement into technical leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Security Clearance (any level) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands‑on embedded software development experience (C/C++, RTOS, ARM or similar architectures).
- Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity software development experience for embedded systems.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ with a focus on the design and implementation of security controls across various development platforms.
- Proven ability to implement robust security controls in real‑time and constrained environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity technologies, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to stakeholders, crafting technical documents, and contributing to proposals.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role with on‑site work required in Raleigh, NC or Huntsville, AL.
- Core work hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible work schedules.
