About the Role
We’re hiring a Lead Data Analyst, Growth Science to use advanced science to estimate the incrementality of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing and to improve their performance. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead high‑impact growth initiatives through the use of media mix modeling, experimentation and quasi‑experimentation, and predictive modeling. You will play a role in defining how we estimate incrementality and how we improve performance.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $152,000.00 and up to $210,000.00. Full‑time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and support vendor developing of our media mix model
- Design, execute, and read out results of complex experiments and quasi‑experiments not supported by our A/B testing vendor
- Develop predictive models to improve performance of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing initiatives
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing to drive business outcomes
- Mentor other analysts in our team on experimentation and statistics; improve the team’s technical rigor
Requirements
- A strong orientation toward business impact — you ensure insights lead to measurable business results
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic decisions in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- PhD in statistics, economics, or similar social science with emphasis on quantitative methods
- 5+ years of experience in applied science roles, with deep expertise in predictive modeling and causal inference; experience in FinTech and in Marketing strongly preferred
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python or R. Experience in use of AI to accelerate and improve end‑to‑end process

Compensation
- Base salary: $152,000 – $210,000 (depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience)
