Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex query development, data validation, and technical support.
- Experience in Policy Administration system implementations and data integrity remediation.
- Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Experience in data mapping, transformation specifications, and relational databases like DB2 or SQL Server.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation and data migration for new enterprise policy administration platforms.
- Execute advanced SQL queries to troubleshoot data discrepancies and support developer workflows.
- Manage the identification, logging, and resolution tracking of defects within specialized testing tools.
- Design comprehensive data mapping and transformation rules for integrated insurance systems.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for compliance and statutory reporting projects.
- Direct technical work effort estimations and project planning activities for data-centric initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify business requirements and drive system optimization.
