Lead Data Engineer

MANDAT

• Lead the design and development of data solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security, including legacy integrations (SSIS) and BI (Power BI)
• Oversee development activities and mentor the team throughout the full solution lifecycle
• Optimize data platforms (performance, cost, reliability) and industrialize deployments (CI/CD)

PROFILE

• 7 to 10 years of experience in data engineering, design, and development of analytical solutions
• Strong knowledge of AWS (Glue, S3, Lambda, etc.), Azure (ADF, ADLS), data architecture, and CI/CD
• 3+ years of experience as a Lead / Technical Lead in data engineering or BI
• Experience with data migration and modernization of legacy systems (SSIS, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of information security and/or AI (asset)
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
