How We Work as a Team

We work with agile methods like Scrum. Most of us work from home two to three days a week. However, we also have colleagues for whom four days a week (or more) of home office is normal. We release about twice a year. In the respective final phase, there may be a few overtime hours, but this is rather the exception and they can be compensated with time off in lieu. We help each other, even in stressful situations, and if a mistake happens, there are no blame games, but we own it and work on improvement.

What You Bring

  • You have several years of professional experience as a developer, ideally also in the further development and coaching of a team.
  • You are familiar with the following technologies/frameworks: .NET / .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Ideally, you also have experience with some of the following tools: Visual Studio / Rider, Microsoft SQL Server, Jira, Git, TeamCity.
  • You enjoy dealing with technically complex issues and developing implementation concepts.
  • You are well-organized, communicative, and enjoy working with various colleagues, including across departments.
  • You are a team player and know how to bring a team together and develop it.
  • Very good German skills (C1 level) are necessary, as German is spoken within the team and with customers. The stories and support tickets also involve technically complex contexts in German.
  • You have experience coordinating with customers' (technical) contact persons to gather requirements and assess feasibility.
  • Knowledge in the areas of resource planning and project management is an advantage, but not strictly required.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to do most of your work from home.
  • A workplace with state-of-the-art, customizable equipment in the 1st district of Vienna.
  • Collaboration at a high professional level and many opportunities for personal development.
  • An appreciative work environment with unbeatable team spirit and many great colleagues.
  • Numerous benefits (job ticket, breakfast, internet cost coverage, etc.)
  • An attractive salary, which we will agree on individually in conversation. The collective agreement provides for a minimum salary of € 64,554 gross/year (for full-time employment) for this position. Market-based overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
