Join our innovative team as a Lead DevOps Engineer and play a pivotal role in automating our software supply chain and enhancing the CI/CD processes for a suite of SaaS products. This position allows you to design and implement state-of-the-art automated build and release workflows, ensuring secure and reliable delivery at scale.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that comes with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be able to work on a w2 basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated versioning processes across various services.
  • Establish standardized build patterns and reusable pipeline templates utilizing CircleCI and other modern tools.
  • Optimize build infrastructure to enhance speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and troubleshoot build failures and dependency challenges.
  • Integrate security measures into pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and secrets management.
  • Administer artifact management systems like JFrog Artifactory, focusing on metadata management and repository design.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements for software governance.
  • Create and maintain documentation and onboarding materials related to CI/CD practices.
  • Mentor other engineers in best practices for build and release workflows.

Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years in DevOps or related fields with extensive experience in CI/CD automation.
  • Proficient in designing and scaling CI/CD systems using tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory.
  • Solid understanding of build systems and dependency management (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
  • Experience in implementing secure software supply-chain processes.
  • Proficient in infrastructure-as-code technologies like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Skilled in scripting with languages like Python or Bash to develop automation tools.
