About the role
Position: Lead DevOps Engineer for Cloud Growth Location: Wollaston Lake
Become a lead architect in the cloud as a Dev Ops Engineer. Own AWS infrastructure, optimize deployment processes, and enhance system observability for a thriving SaaS platform.
As the first dedicated Dev Ops resource, you will play a crucial role in structuring cloud efficiency and growth. Your focus will be on establishing best practices, improving CI/CD, and fostering a culture of reliability. Partner with engineering teams to influence architecture and technical direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scale AWS-based infrastructure with performance and security
• Modernize CI/CD pipelines for efficiency
• Implement systems for monitoring and incident response
• Formalize on-call structures and reliability approaches
• Bolster security compliance and operational practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a relevant Dev Ops or platform engineering role
• Strong AWS experience, including networking and IAM
• Proven ability to build effective CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Terraform
• Comfortable working autonomously in a SaaS environment
