Your Focus

You take responsibility for your team, accompany projects from planning to implementation, and design modern software platforms in private and public clouds. You are a reliable point of contact for customers and colleagues.

Your Tasks

• Leading: You support your team members in their development, are a reliable point of contact for them in day-to-day project work, and ensure strong teamwork.
• Consulting: You support customers in the conception, design, and provision of software platforms to optimally implement their requirements.
• Building: You actively shape private and public cloud infrastructures and support the implementation of stable solutions.
• Managing: You efficiently control large system landscapes with automation tools based on GitOps methods and tools.

What You Bring

• Leadership Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, enjoyment in mentoring and developing employees.
• Education: Completed university degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences) or comparable IT training.
• Technology Skills: Good knowledge of container solutions like Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm; ideally experience with platforms like OpenShift or Cloud Pak for Data.
• Automation: Practical experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, AWX/Ansible Tower, Chef, Puppet) and ideally in operating applications like Kafka.
• GitOps: Profound knowledge of GitOps methods and tools like GitLab, GitHub, GitBucket, or Jenkins.
• Travel: Flexible assignments in customer projects throughout Germany.
• Language Skills: Very good German (C1) and good English (B2).
