Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Create compelling and engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for different digital platforms and audience segments.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platform dashboards.
- Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, PR) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and channels.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp).
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
