About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Early Childhood Educator and Curriculum Developer to join their dynamic remote team. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing innovative educational programs for young children. You will be responsible for creating engaging and developmentally appropriate curricula that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine age-appropriate curriculum frameworks aligned with educational best practices.
• Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that promote learning and engagement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to remote teaching staff.
• Conduct virtual professional development sessions for educators.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of child development milestones and learning theories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms and educational technologies.
