CGS is actively seeking a dedicated Lead eDiscovery Platform Engineer to become an essential member of our dynamic and hardworking team, offering support for various legal operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the functionality of our company's eDiscovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage in teleconferences and technical meetings to support program objectives and provide education. • Execute configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting based on up-to-date engineering documentation. • Document configuration change requests through the established change control board. • Handle storage requests, migrations, and decommissioning tasks with precision. • Identify failed system components and collaborate with vendors and site support as necessary. • Respond promptly to system monitoring alerts and take corrective actions or escalate as needed. • Complete scheduled maintenance in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Exercise attention to detail during maintenance to prevent data loss or storage outages. • Manage technology operations in remote environments effectively. • Review and address service tickets in line with established service level agreements. • Provide initial response and Level 1 and Level 2 support for outages. • Ensure timely scheduling of maintenance activities. • Create Power Shell and VBS scripts to automate routine maintenance tasks as required. • Conduct daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware and systems. • Analyze system and application logs to confirm successful completion of scheduled jobs, including backups. • Regularly apply OS patches, upgrades, and administer tools as necessary. • Configure and introduce new services as required. • Facilitate the migration of system implementations into cloud infrastructures. • Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to system administration tasks. • Prepare and review technical assessments, estimating required tasks and timeframes for projects.
