We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of international energy projects, with a focus on emerging developments. The role involves leading a team of engineers and overseeing electrical engineering activities across the full project lifecycle. You will coordinate design and execution inputs, ensure technical quality and manage interfaces across disciplines to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of electrical engineers
• Oversee electrical design, documentation, and technical deliverables
• Manage cross-discipline interfaces and project coordination
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications
• Support execution through technical input and problem-solving

Requirements:

• Strong background in electrical engineering within EPC or industrial projects
• Experience in international energy projects (hydrogen experience advantageous)
• Leadership or coordination experience
• Strong ability to work in multidisciplinary project environments
