Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in embedded systems design and development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role within the automotive industry.
  • Expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Deep understanding of microcontrollers, DSPs, and related hardware architectures.
  • Proficiency with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of RTOS concepts and implementation.
  • Experience with embedded Linux and/or AUTOSAR is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity principles in automotive.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote‑first environment.
  • Experience with simulation and modeling tools.
