The Opportunity

Take the lead in delivering innovative AI/ML projects, utilizing your strong technical skills and hands-on experience. You will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions or infrastructure, ensuring that they meet both business and technical requirements. You will focus on integrating AI/ML components effectively within larger solutions to maximize user impact.

Your Key Responsibilities • Resolve complex project challenges by coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting systems. • Bring advanced technical expertise to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall value of our solutions and emerging technologies. • Foster strong relationships with Development, Engineering, and Architecture teams. • Provide leadership by ensuring proper expectations, structures, and tools are established for project delivery. • Promote consistency in processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Attributes for Success • Expertise in designing, developing, and debugging production-grade AI/ML solutions. • Proficient in Python, C#, or R. • More than 10 years of applied experience in relevant fields. • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic platforms, and MLOps. • Deep understanding of LLMs and advanced prompt engineering. • Significant experience in AI/ML engineering roles and in delivering AI engineering solutions. • Expertise in CI/CD delivery using GitHub or ADO. • Proficiency in fine-tuning language models and developing production-grade RAG systems. • Knowledge of embedding models and NLP similarity/search systems. • Familiarity with designing agentic systems and evaluation frameworks including A/B testing and benchmarking.

Ideally, You'll Also Have • Microsoft, Google, or AWS certifications. • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. • Experience delivering projects using modern methodologies.

The base salary range for this job in the US is $156,400 to $301,000, with specific ranges for certain metropolitan areas, allowing for individual variations based on various factors.
