Lead Engineer – Onsite Project Coordination & Execution (Mechanical & Electrical)

About

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Engineer to take full ownership of large-scale mechanical and electrical engineering projects in the energy domain. This is a high-impact onsite role where you will lead project execution, coordinate with multinational clients, and deliver complex systems from inception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Lead the planning, design, and end-to-end execution of large-scale mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
• Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Partner with multinational clients to define technical requirements and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Oversee project delivery in the energy sector while ensuring full compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, building a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery.
• Minimum 3–4 years of specific experience in the energy sector.
• Valid US work authorization – L1B or H1B visa with at least 1 year remaining validity (mandatory).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects for multinational clients.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with experience handling diverse teams and significant project budgets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desired Skills (Preferred):

• Previous onsite project experience in the United States or other international locations.
• Strong knowledge of energy industry standards and best practices.
