Your Tasks

Technical Leadership & Responsibility:

• Technical project management in the development of HT-PEM stacks
• Control and coordination of interdisciplinary development projects
• Responsibility for technical decisions throughout the entire development process

Development & Innovation:

• Further development and optimization of stack designs and components
• Analysis, evaluation, and implementation of new technical concepts
• Close collaboration with adjacent disciplines such as system development and material research

Interface Management:

• Technical interface for the integration of stacks into fuel cell systems
• Coordination with internal teams as well as external partners and institutes
• Ensuring technical consistency across all project phases

Your Profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the development of fuel cells or related technologies
• Experience in the technical leadership of projects or teams
• Strong understanding of complex systems and their integration
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Very good English, both written and spoken
