About the Role

Become a driving force in engineering as an Engineering Manager. This role involves managing a skilled team of engineers while ensuring engineering work is done efficiently and predictably. You will lead performance initiatives, maintain metrics for success, and coach staff members. Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and QA teams to align on expectations and improve operational clarity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track engineering performance metrics

• Supervise recruitment and integration of new engineers

• Address any delivery and execution-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in software engineering in modern SaaS
• At least 3 years in a management capacity
• Strong analytical skills for performance management
• Exceptional collaboration ability across departments
• Experience in high‑autonomy environments
