  • Epic HIM Certification
  • Expertise in Epic HIM modules: Release of Information, Coding workflows, Identity management processes
  • Hands‑on experience with OnBase
  • Understanding of HIM workflows and system integrations with Epic and third‑party applications such as 3M coding
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
  • SME‑level knowledge of HIM applications and processes
  • Ability to manage support operations including ticket queue in ServiceNow and escalations
  • Ability to provide Level 2 on‑call support
