About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Lead Event Production Manager to conceptualize and execute unique events. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to manage projects from anywhere. The role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative event production for diverse clients, driving innovation and delivering outstanding results in a flexible, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of various events, from initial concept development and budget planning to flawless execution and post-event analysis.
• This includes defining event objectives, developing creative themes, and ensuring all logistical aspects are meticulously managed.
• You will source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, entertainment, AV technicians, and decor suppliers, to secure the best services and pricing.
• Developing detailed project timelines, managing production schedules, and overseeing on-site execution (when applicable for virtual or hybrid components) are key responsibilities.
• Risk assessment and contingency planning are crucial to ensure seamless event delivery, anticipating and addressing potential challenges proactively.
• You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity, translating these into memorable and impactful experiences.
• Managing event budgets effectively, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded is essential.
• Creating and delivering compelling event proposals and presentations will be part of your role.
