Lead Financial Analyst - FinTech

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Financial Analyst to spearhead financial operations within their rapidly growing FinTech division. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Nigeria. You will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, providing critical insights, and managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. Your responsibilities will encompass developing complex financial models, forecasting future financial performance, and conducting variance analysis. You will also manage budgeting cycles, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements. The role demands a deep understanding of financial markets, investment banking principles, and corporate finance. Experience within the FinTech sector is highly desirable. You will collaborate closely with senior management, presenting financial data and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner. This includes preparing reports for executive leadership and board meetings. Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, specialized FP&A tools) and data analysis techniques is essential. You should be adept at extracting meaningful insights from large datasets and translating them into actionable business strategies.
