Job Description
J&J Financial Solutions and Technology (FST) is recruiting for a Lead Finance Analyst - Reporting Operations to provide governance on the development and deployment of reporting solutions.

This role is transformational and provides the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible and strategic enterprise initiative for the corporation and the opportunity to help shape reporting governance processes and improve efficiency within the Reporting space.
This role will also work with all relevant stakeholders outside of the reporting organizations, e.g., relevant SigniFi program teams, Service Now, IRIS, and other tool/system teams, data architects, data design product owners, technical product owners, and other relevant JJT teams, to ensure the reporting organization coordinates and communicates with these stakeholders timely and properly, which will contribute to the success of the reporting organization.
The candidate will need to be capable of independent visionary thinking and strong interaction with cross-functional teams within various SigniFi workstreams. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, organizational, technical/systems capabilities, and the ability to influence teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance in the new report/enhancement process for all facets of reporting including but not limited to intake process, demand prioritization and approval, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and activation process.
- Actively engage with the reporting organization, data owners, and technical product organization to identify approvers of various reports during the intake process.
- Ensure alignment among business stakeholders on the report designs and obtain approval from the reporting leader before deploying reports to end users.
- Engage with relevant SigniFi program teams including ServiceNow, IRIS, Other tools/systems, and JJT, and coordinate and communicate with these stakeholders timely and efficiently.
- Analyze report usage and user access and support integrating customer feedback into existing processes that drive user adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement throughout the end-to-end backlog management process and develop corrective actions when processes fail.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other applicable financial certifications is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of finance or related business experience is required.
- Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or cross-sector experience is preferred.
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
- Capable of independent visionary thinking and strong interaction with the user base and other SigniFi workstreams.
- Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend, implement, and own process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identify and mitigate process risks within a cross-functional, global organization, and effectively lead and govern decision-making bodies is required.
- Innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design is preferred.
- Understanding of next-generation technologies (e.g., RPA, NLG) and how they can drive process improvement is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of SAP financial data analytics and reporting modules.
- Knowledge of SOX financial controls on Accounting and Reporting processes.
- Deep understanding of continuous process improvement techniques.
- Experience working in a sophisticated multi-ERP system environment.
- Experience leading project timelines and milestones in complex business environments.

Compensation and Benefits
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $94,000.00 - $151,800.00
- Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
- Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
- Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation - 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado - 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
- Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
