Lead Flutter Developer

You’ll take point in crafting fast, intuitive, and scalable cross‑platform mobile apps—cutting through challenges with Leonardo‑level precision. Working side‑by‑side with product Senseis and engineering Ninjas, you’ll build and enhance high‑performance Android and iOS apps that deliver seamless, visually striking user experiences. Your mission: deploy new features, boost performance, modernise architecture, and continuously strengthen the mobile stack—ensuring every release hits harder than Raphael on a bad day.

Skills & Experience: Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart Proven ability to deliver cross‑platform Android/iOS apps worthy of Master Splinter’s approval Experience integrating REST APIs, third‑party tools, and modern mobile frameworks Knowledge of state‑management styles (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX — Donatello would be proud) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, and app store deployment Understanding of performance tuning, animations, and responsive UI—smooth as Michelangelo on a skateboard Solid grasp of software engineering best practices and clean architecture

Qualification: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant mobile development certifications advantageous Minimum 3–5+ years of hands‑on mobile development experience
